Adam Tang is the Director - China Sales with Delta Air Lines Inc. Adam is responsible for leading the China Sales team to grow revenue and market share by developing partnerships with Chinese airline partners and maximizing the performance of our China flights.

Adam joined Delta in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2006 and held several management positions in Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Management, and Sales Development. In September 2013, Adam moved to Tokyo, Japan from Atlanta, Georgia, and held the position of General Manager, Sales Planning & Analysis where he was responsible for Delta’s Asia Pacific Sales commission, corporate discount and sales programs and operations. He moved back to China in September 2015 to be responsible for Delta’s China Sales.

Prior to Delta, Adam was a Financial Analyst with a major educational service company in Iowa City, Iowa.

Akshay is responsible for leading CWT's national and multinational sales teams in Asia Pacific. Based out of Singapore, his role is to help clients maximize the benefits of setting up managed travel programs in APAC or globally.

Since joining CWT in 2010 Akshay has worked extensively with major clients in the Energy & Resources, Professional Services, Banking and Automotive sectors in Europe and Asia Pacific. In his most recent role, he headed up the company’s consulting arm, CWT Solutions Group, helping clients in Asia Pacific identify savings opportunities and optimize their travel programs.

His expertise lies in air sourcing, category management, consolidation of travel programs and partnerships, and optimal supplier sourcing arrangements.

Akshay holds an MBA from Management Development Institute (MDI) in Gurgaon, a Masters in European Business (MEB) from ESCP Europe in Paris and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

Albert Zhong is the General Manager at CWT China, a joint venture travel management company established in 2003 between Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) and China Air Service (CAS). He leads a team of more than 700 employees across five offices in mainland China, and is responsible for overseeing and driving the business’ strategic development in the region. Under his leadership, the business saw tremendous growth in China and in 2016 Albert’s role and responsibility was expanded to cover Greater China, which includes CWT’s operations in Hong Kong. Prior to his current appointment, Albert led passenger sales and service functions at the CAS head-office in Beijing from 1996 till 2002. A travel industry veteran with nearly 30 years’ experience in the industry, Albert has established a strong relationship with both domestic and foreign carriers in the market. Over the years, Albert and his team have received multiple client and supplier recognitions as well as internal awards for exceptional performance, including the prestigious CWT Global CEO award and Carlson Fellow award.

A French national, Helene worked with Air France and in the Airbus Group in Paris before joining Carlson Wagonlit Travel in 2007. A few years later she moved to her new home base of Sydney, which she now calls home.

He has been working as a travel procurement manager in several MNCs since 2012.

Jacob introduced new business travel models & ideas for his company’s indirect material procurement team in his past working experiences by setting effective strategies, optimizing the process, managing key vendors, consolidating resources and controlling the cost. He acts as the project leader to execute sourcing projects and assignments for related sub-categories in APAC region now.

She is responsible for driving global projects roll-out to each country and ensuring the company’s values and behaviors are consistent worldwide. She builds healthy supplier relations to ensure that contract performance delivers value to BP and that the company’s priorities are well aligned with business strategies. She also works closely with category leads to drive the right results for the region through airline, hotel, OBT and payment solution contracts.

In 2017, she transited from a program management role to a sourcing role for indirect categories. Jessica is a member of BP Global Mutual Response Team and actively involved in various safety and crisis management topics for the region.

Before taking this role, he was Director of Starwood Sales Organization Shanghai office. 11 years of hospitality experience solely spent with Starwood, Li Lei started as Management Trainee at Westin Shanghai and then continue his passion in Starwood AP Head Office and properties like Sheraton On The Park Sydney, The St. Regis Shanghai (currently The Hongta Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel), The St. Regis Singapore, Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur and The Westin Langkawi. Li Lei holds a Master Degree of Tourism Management from Fudan University, Shanghai. He enjoys family time with his wife and son. Apart from his commitment to his family, he finished 2 full marathons and 7 half ones. He is also the finisher of half Olympic-distance triathlon.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Zhu was Greater China Commercial Strategy Director at Diageo, spending a total of 7 years at the international spirit manufacturer. In this role he was responsible for market strategy in Greater China, as well as sales and operations for China. Remington also held positions as a management consultant at top management consulting firms, including Bain & Company and A.T. Kearney.

Mr. Zhu received a Master in Economics from Fudan University and an MBA from INSEAD Business School in France.

He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Diplomacy) from the Foreign Affairs College, Beijing.

Scott Brennan is the Chief Growth Officer of RoomIt, Carlson Wagonlit Travel’s hotel distribution business. Based in the USA, he reports to the President of RoomIt. His role is to grow CWT’s hotel business and ensure its clients, suppliers and travelers receive a differentiated value proposition. He was previously EVP and Head of Global Supplier Management.

Scott came to CWT from Rocketmiles, serving as their Global Head of Partnerships prior to the Priceline Group acquiring the company in March of 2015. From 2009 to 2014, Scott led Hilton Worldwide as VP of Global Strategic Partnerships, spearheading renegotiations with over 60 airline agreements and 13 co-brand credit card agreements globally.

Prior to joining Hilton, Scott held a variety of leadership roles at GE, where he worked from 1991 to 2009 and received his certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He transitioned from a series of operational leadership roles within the industrial business into market development and business unit management within GE Commercial and Consumer Finance. His last role at GE was leading the International Trade Flow Finance group, spending a considerable amount of time in Asia.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Stella Chew, born and raised in Singapore, worked in Singapore, China and Lebanon, accumulating 16 years of payments experience in Banking, Multi-National Corporate Treasury Operations and Card Operations from working with Morgan Stanley, RBS, Standard Chartered, Dow Chemical and various Fintechs in the roles of Financial Markets Operations Head, Treasurer, Business Development, and Credit Manager.

With MasterCard, she held the role of Business Development VP for B2B payments and worked with major Commodities Companies, Online Travel Agents and Payment Technology Companies.

After setting up her own consultancy company, Sarbin Zeiner Consulting Pte Ltd, Stella was involved in setting-up Fintech companies, including a software development company for Treasury Systems; a distributor of Wechat Pay acquiring system; and a company that liaises with Central Banks around the world to promote One Belt One Road projects.
