Albert Zhong is the General Manager at CWT China, a joint venture established in 2003 between China Air Service (CAS) and Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT). He leads a team of more than 700 employees across six offices in Greater China, and is responsible for overseeing and driving the business’ strategic development in the region. Under his leadership, the business saw tremendous growth in China and in 2016 Albert’s role was expanded to cover Greater China, which includes CWT’s operations in Hong Kong. Prior to his current appointment, Albert managed passenger sales and service functions at the CAS head-office in Beijing from 1996 till 2002. A travel industry veteran with nearly 30 years’ experience in the industry, Albert has established a strong relationship with both domestic and foreign carriers in the market. Over the years, Albert and his team have received multiple client and supplier recognitions as well as internal awards for exceptional performance, including the prestigious CWT Global CEO award and Carlson Fellow award.

Alex Zhu

Alex Zhu joined Wyndham Hotel Group in September 2007. He is the Regional Director Global Sales, responsible for conducting the company’s Greater China global sales for the hotels under Wyndham Hotel Group. Prior to joining Wyndham Hotel Group, Zhu spent 6 years sales position in one of Starwood Hotels and Resorts’ Sheraton brand property, and 4 years in global sales function in Langham Hotel International based in Shanghai. He is based in the company’s Shanghai office.

Amy Shi is the sales manager of Delta Beijing and Guangzhou, responsible for leading the revenue growth at two regions, include corporate, BSP and direct channels, and grow market share by developing partnerships with Chinese airline partners and maximizing the performance of Delta China flights. Amy joined Delta in November, 2013 as Beijing sales manager. Amy Shi has been in the travel industry for more than 12 years, mainly focused on destination management and the airline industry. Before joining Delta, She worked with Visit Seattle and was the main player to promote the destination to China market.

Carol has been with Lenovo for nine years, managing the company's China travel service. Having held various roles in Lenovo, Carol's experience ranges from sourcing for products and services to support the marketing, workforce, IT and HR functions, to leading Lenovo's China travel program. While overseeing the company's local travel program between 2014 and 2015, she actively participated in a Global Hotel RFP exercise and a Global TMC transition project.

Prior to joining CWT Solutions, David was at Flightglobal, an aviation consultancy firm.

David Shi became Sales Manager of China Eastern markets of Delta airlines in January 2009 after its merger with Northwest Airlines where David was sales manager for its Shanghai office. Based in Shanghai, David has overall responsibility for sales and marketing functions of Delta Airlines in fastest growing and dynamic eastern China region. Overseeing 21 weekly flights to major hubs in USA and a client base of 50 multinational corporations and 200 agency partners, David manages a team of 10 sales and marketing experts across the eastern China region and a customer contact centre in Shanghai. With over 13 years of management experience, David started his career with United Airlines as an Airport supervisor and made his way up as Deputy Manager Airport Operations – managing operations of United’s triple daily flights from Shanghai. David possesses in-depth knowledge of the travel and airline industries across Asia and is a well-respected business manager and contributor to Delta’s success in Eastern China region. Amongst his many achievements during his tenure with Delta and Northwest, David successfully grew annual revenues, secured partnerships and several key customer accounts. He is a member of Shanghai American Chamber and regularly represents Delta in various industry events.

It was the world's largest brewer even before the acquisition of SABMiller and is considered one of the largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in the world. David is working as APAC North Associate Procurement Director for General Services, including the management for all travel categories.

. Before he took on this role, he spent over four years with GE China as Indirect Sourcing Leader of Travel and Living / MICE/ EHS in Greater China and Mongolia. His responsibilities included corporate travel management including airline, hotel, car rental and MICE as well as marketing and communications, environment, health and security solutions in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mongolia. Hamish has 10 years of experience in the airlien and civil aviation industries as well as sales and marketing background. He holds an MBA (Aviation Management) from RMIT University, Australia.

Kelly L. Kuhn is CWT’s Chief Customer Officer. Based in London, she reports to the President and CEO, and is a member of the global Executive Leadership Team. Kelly is responsible for global sales, program management and customer engagement. Her remit includes Global Program Solutions (GPS), our Sales Regions, Global Partners Network, Military & Government, Energy Resource & Marine (ERM), Meetings & Events, and Sales Operations. Prior to her current position, Kelly was President Europe, Middle East and Africa and Global Partners Network. Before that she had five successful years as President Asia-Pacific. She improved levels of customer service, drove significant growth and built a strong organization. Before her role in EMEA and Asia-Pacific she was the President of CWTSatoTravel, a U.S. Military & Government Markets division of CWT. Prior to the merger between CWT and Navigant, Kelly was President of SatoTravel, a Navigant International company. Within the span of 15 years, Kelly held increasingly senior positions at Navigant. Kelly, a U.S. citizen, graduated from Northwestern University in 1987 with a degree in music. Prior to joining Navigant, she worked for various music and theater organizations in the Chicago area as a developer and corporate fundraiser.

He has extensive experience in the meetings and events space, having held numerous leadership and business development roles in prestigious hospitality and events management companies. Prior to joining CWT, Michael was Managing Director, Greater China and a member of the regional management board for Imagination Group, one of the world's largest experiential marketing agencies. He was instrumental in the successful integration of the China and Hong Kong businesses and establishing Imagination as one of the premier events agencies in Greater China.

Pulak Bhaumik

Pulak brings over 18 years of rich experience in Strategic sourcing, Supply chain and procurement functions for various corporates. Over last 8 years, Pulak has been instrumental in improving the functions of Supplier Performance Management and supplier relationship management and business continuity planning. He also forged business partnerships to lead cross functional teams, establish beneficial relationships and minimize the organizational risk. Pulak has a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI - Jamshedpur, Diploma in Management from IGNOU and Master of Commerce degree along with Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. With over 17 years of extensive MICE industry experience across diverse business sectors, Sam is currently the Senior Director heading BCD M&E’s business operations in Greater China. Prior to this, he was the Director for BCD M&E’s regional meeting operations based in Singapore, managing a team of professionals to deliver corporate meeting programmes for top multinational companies. Before joining BCD, Sam was the Regional Meeting Lead for MSD, leading a team in driving strategic meeting management programs throughout 14 countries in the region. Prior to MSD, Sam spent over 5 years as the project director for Suntec International, leading the planning and development for new convention venues in Australia, Canada, Malaysia, India, and China. During this period, Sam was also the Head of Business Research for Suntec Singapore where he was responsible for new business development and strategy formulation. He too oversaw special projects involving key critical operations during mega events such as APEC, Formula One, and the inaugural Youth Olympic Games. From 2003 to 2006, Sam was part of the Singapore Tourism Board team as the pavilion manager overseeing the core operations of the Singapore Pavilion during the Aichi World Expo in Nagoya, Japan in 2005. She accumulated 16 years of payments experience in Banking, Multi-National Corporate Treasury and Card Schemes from working with Morgan Stanley, RBS, Standard Chartered, Dow Chemical and Fintechs in the roles of Financial Markets Operations Head, Treasurer and Credit Manager.

With MasterCard, she held the role of Business Development for B2B payments and worked with major Commodities Companies, Online Travel Agents and Payment Facilitators.
