Adriana is the Travel Program Manager – Asia Pacific for Autodesk, the world’s leading 3D design software and digital content company based in San Rafael, California.

Adriana has over 20 years of airline and travel industry experience combined holding various roles from Operations to Sales and Account Management.

Her main responsibility as the travel manager for Autodesk is not only to manage travel program for the Asia Pacific Region, but also to manage vendor relationships with TMC, Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental Companies, and third party payment solutions such as AirPlus and Card Company.
Day to day, she acts as a strategic travel business partner and works very closely with other support functional divisions in conjunction with any new travel initiatives, travel policy compliance, cost savings and training/travel workshop.

Her focus is consistent in bringing value to the company and is never tired of looking for ways to improve the program based on what’s current out there.

Bertrand is the General Manager for Asia for FCM Travel Solutions, responsible for the Asia region. As a veteran in the travel and technology industry, Bertrand brings with him a wealth of extensive knowledge and experience. In his role, Bertrand is tasked to take FCm to the 3.0 travel management sphere – making sure the company delivers amazing travel experience and meeting the needs of all travellers across all generations. Prior to joining the FCM family, Bertrand held various management positions with Amadeus and in the aeronautical and telecom industry.

Carlo Bezoari   Carlo Bezoari

Carlo leads the FCM Travel Solutions business development team in Southeast Asia. Born in Belgium, he is a British citizen with an Italian background and has lived in numerous countries across Europe and Asia. In his previous company, Rosetta Stone, he was responsible for the corporate sales division across EMEA. He then moved to Japan to manage the sales and marketing teams, before leading the company’s expansion across the rest of the APAC region.

David Chia is the Regional Business Director of CWT Solutions in APAC, with responsibilities of managing the relationships of key accounts as well as developing new business in the region. Having worked as an analyst and consultant before moving to sales, David has a strong data analytical foundation and keen understanding of clients’ needs. Based in Singapore, David also hails from a very diverse background, having worked in various industries from Aviation to Financial Services, Market Research to HR Consultancy.

Appointed in September 2015, Frederic spearheads the Asia Pacific strategy for the corporate segment, further increasing Amadeus’ regional focus on direct sales and channel partners with a& portfolio of online solutions and bundled GDS offerings. The Asia Pacific Team Corporate IT is part of Amadeus' worldwide organisation for the corporations segment. Frederic leads a customer-centric regional team based in Singapore and soon to be expanded further across Asia-Pacific. Prior to his move to the region, Frederic has been part of the Amadeus family for three years as the Sales Director with Amadeus France. Prior to that, he worked for Air France-KLM where he held various positions in France and the UK, most recently as Head of Global Strategic Corporate Accounts.

Jani Jermans is the Corporate Travel Manager for United Spirits Limited (Diageo India), a subsidiary of Diageo Plc which is a global leader in beverage. Founded in 1826, Diageo India is the largest Indian spirits company, selling around 120 million cases annually.

Jani has 10+ years of extensive experience in Managing Corporate Travel, Relocation, Global Mobility, Visa & Immigration. She has worked with companies such as Sasken, IBM, Virtusa, British Deputy High Commission & First Advantage. In her current role she manages the travel and relocation for the employees along with the vendors like TMCs, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, relocation vendors & MICE providers.

In her professional experience, she is instrumental in enforcing travel discipline. She also ensures to get regular feedback from employees who travel frequently to work on improvement of the policy and guidelines.

She launched Travel & Immigration monthly newsletter for global travelers to ensure they are aware of the laws of the land and briefed them in detail to avoid any non-compliance. Having worked with British High Commission, her primary goal is to ensure compliance in global travel of every employee who travels outside the country.

Kenji Mirassou   Kenji Mirassou

Kenji is in charge of the APAC Business Development Team at Egencia, the corporate travel arm of Expedia. In his current role, Kenji oversees Egencia’s APAC sales to multinational accounts. Kenji is a savvy globetrotter with a strong passion for all things digital who enjoys working at the intersection of travel and technology.

Kenji combines 19 years of business development experience in Asia built through diverse roles in the travel, digital and mobile industries. Prior to joining Egencia, Kenji worked for Razorfish, an interactive agency of the Publicis Groupe and for Alcatel-Lucent. Kenji holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from I.S.G Paris. He currently resides in Singapore with his wife, his 5-year old son and his 2-year old twins.

Kishore currently works for National Oilwell Varco as Travel Manager for the Asia Pacific Region. Initially hired to consolidate the company’s travel program in the Asia Pacific region, he is now responsible for ten countries including China. Part of Kishore’s responsibilities is managing vendor relationships for all travel related matters. He has over 12 years of Travel Industry experience including over 7 years of working in the Corporate Travel Industry. He is has previously worked with Airlines and Travel Management Companies in operational and account servicing roles. Kishore is based in Singapore.

Li Lei is the founder of Youli Hospitality Consulting, a consulting firm specializing on representing overseas hotel chains or brands in Greater China and helping clients create the total strategy of Sales & Marketing for China market, facilitate the execution and delivery, and manage relationships with all related stakeholders in China. Prior to it, he was the Director, Global Corporate Sales for Starwood Asia Pacific Division, reporting to VP, Sales – Asia Pacific and worked with the global and divisional sales team to establish and implement the corporate segment strategies across the division. Before this role, he was Director of Starwood Sales Organization Shanghai office. He led Starwood’s biggest SSO team (15 members) to drive revenue from 300 key accounts and 1,000 contacts for Starwood’s hotels around the world. 11 years of hospitality experience solely spent with Starwood, Li Lei started as Management Trainee at Westin Shanghai and then continue his passion in Starwood AP Head Office and properties like Sheraton On The Park Sydney, The St. Regis Shanghai (currently The Hongta Hotel), The St. Regis Singapore, Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur and The Westin Langkawi. As the main person in charge, Li Lei successfully served the delegation led by President Hu, Jintao and President Xi, Jinping at The St. Regis Singapore. Li Lei holds a Master Degree of Tourism Management from Fudan University, Shanghai.

Manish has over 19 years of experience in business development, marketing and sales in hospitality industry. He is the honorary board member of INFHRA membership committee. His last assignment was with VIA.COM, as Vice President & Business Head – Corporate Travel Services, a travel services company based in Bangalore and a leading SaaS platform based B2B travel commerce provider. Before this role, he was Vice President – Hotels for VIA.com. He is credited for launching VIA.com's travel products to corporations, SMEs and other travel segments. Prior to VIA, he played active roles in the Hotel Industry in India. He was the Director of Sales for Golden Palms Hotel & Spa and later was the AVP for Best Western India.

Michael is responsible for leading and developing a team of global sales and program managers for Carlson Wagonlit Travel across Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, he has a broad and in-depth understanding of the corporate travel space across America, Europe and Asia having previously spent several years working for Amadeus’ and their global business travel and airline customers in Boston, Chicago, Madrid and Singapore. Michael has also served as an Allied member of the GBTA Technology Committee, an adjunct professor for Instituto de Empresa Business School (Madrid), and as an expert blogger on business travel for Fast Company Magazine.

Monica Bergin has been booking conferences and events for over twenty years. After graduating, Monica went on to work as an Executive Assistant which had her booking meetings and functions in a variety of industries. It was in this role supporting C-Suite executives, where she learned the balance of power in a negotiation.

As an associate with HelmsBriscoe, Monica predominantly works with clients in the electronics field, as well as nuclear physics and the medical device industry. She has successfully negotiated bookings on behalf of Crestron, Hitachi and Panasonic in Australia and Asia. She also supports academic clients from the University of Florence in Italy, and the Centre for Medical Radiation Physics at the University of Wollongong in Australia.

In his current role, Peter leads the development and execution of regional travel strategic sourcing, policy compliance and supplier management in the APAC region as part of Corning Inc.’s Global Supply Management. He also has responsibilities in the regional strategic sourcing and supplier management of professional services in APAC in support of Finance, Consulting Services and Legal. Peter’s prior roles in the industry include Standard Chartered Bank’s Global Travel Manager, Symantec’s Regional Travel Manager for Asia Pacific, Japan, and TMC roles. Peter has been a long time member with Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) and served as Regional Chair for ACTE Asia from 2012 to 2014.

Over last 9.5 years, Pulak has been instrumental in improving the functions of Supplier Performance Management, Supplier Relationship Management and business continuity planning. He also forged business partnerships to lead cross functional teams, established beneficial relationships and minimize the organizational risk.

Prior to joining CBRE, Pulak Bhaumik has worked with Leading Fortune 500 Global Real Estate Firm as Regional Procurement Lead and an International Property Management Consultancy Firm (IPC) for 2 years and 7.5 years respectively where he was responsible for driving strategic initiative for regional clients and establishing of Technology Driven Solution such as Sourcing as Services to the clients. She comes with an experience of 17 years in the travel industry and enjoys every bit of her job with diverse experience in different departments. What goes behind their travel experience is key and her endless job is to enhance the travel program. Stella Chew, born and raised in Singapore, worked in China for 6 years in various key cities. She accumulated 16 years of payments experience in Banking, Multi-National Corporate Treasury and Card Schemes from working with Morgan Stanley, RBS, Standard Chartered, Dow Chemical and Fintechs in the roles of Financial Markets Operations Head, Treasurer and Credit Manager.
With MasterCard, she held the role of Business Development for B2B payments and worked with major Commodities Companies, Online Travel Agents and Payment Facilitators. Apart from running her own consultancy, Sarbin Zeiner Consultancy, Stella currently serves as Cross Border Payment VP of DSPREAD Beijing and as CEO of DSPREAD Singapore. DSPREAD is a company that works hand in hand with Tenpay to bring Wechat Pay to the rest of the world.
